Yes. If you wish to secure the burial plot, including the digging and full coordination, directly through Janazah Australia, this can be arranged. We will handle the end-to-end process with Macarthur Memorial Park on your behalf.

By subscribing to Janazah Australia with a once-off payment of $1,500 and an annual fee of $150, you will receive complete burial service coverage. This includes all preparation and logistics at no additional cost at the time of death, easing the burden on your family.

Yes. Dependent children 18 years and under are automatically included in your subscription. Should anything happen to them, Janazah Australia will cover their burial without additional charges.

Yes. Each subscriber is allowed to register one overseas visitor (with a valid international passport). If the visitor passes away while in Australia and staying at the same address as the subscriber, Janazah Australia will cover all burial arrangements, including the plot and digging, with no cost to the family.

If you already own a burial plot in another cemetery, Janazah Australia can still provide the full burial service—provided the cemetery allows external service providers. Please note, additional costs such as travel or site fees may apply.

Yes. If your current provider does not include a plot, you must purchase a plot at Macarthur Memorial Park. If they contribute toward costs, you are responsible for paying the difference. Janazah Australia will still manage all burial services.

No, there is no discount. Each individual may only own up to two burial plots in their name. No one is permitted to purchase more than two plots under the same name.

If the subscriber did not use their burial plot, the plot may be assigned to their next of kin or children. If death occurs anywhere outside of Sydney, Janazah Australia will still provide the full Janazah service (ghusl, shrouding, collection, prayer coordination, and transport), but the burial plot and digging will not be included.

Step 1: An invoice will be sent to you for the joining fee. Once payment is received and approved, your application will be activated.
